| •Home Based Care project which mainly addresses HIV/AIDS management at home. The main stay of the project is to train Home Based Care Facilitators who in turn train Home Based Care Givers. So far 90 Home Based Care Facilitators from Lubya Parish have been trained and given Home Based Care Medical Kits

| Water and Sanitation: •This project aims at improving personal, home and environmental hygiene and malaria control, thus prevent the common ailments in the community.

| •The beneficiary communities of Nakulabye, Kasubi and Lubya parishes of North Lubaga division are mobilized and sensitized so that they are fully involved in these activities, thus building their capacity to own, monitor and maintain these structures. Sustainability of the structures is a responsibility of the community
